Travel Research Services
We understand that often when you travel you want to take advantage of your hard-earned credit card points, airline miles and hotel rewards! While we cannot book those directly for you, we are happy to provide you with access to our expertise and knowledge so that you can have a wonderful trip. Research service fees will apply when some or all of a trip is being booked utilizing non-cash value, such as travel credits, credit card points, airline miles, hotel rewards, vouchers, etc. When these services are purchased, we will provide the details outlined below so that you may comfortably book your non-cash arrangements, and we will be happy to book any remaining portions of your trip for you directly. And of course, when we book your travel, you have access to all of our amazing extras, including the Pocket Travel app! Domestic Essentials Package $125 Hotel and Airfare for a trip in the Continental United States Perfect for the long weekend trip where you need a flight and hotel but don’t want to figure out the details. For a single location, this package includes:
Example – You would like to use miles and hotel points to pay for air and hotel, and pay cash for a rental car. We will book the rental car for you, and provide you the above information so that you can book your hotel and airfare. International Essentials Package $200 fee Hotel and Airfare for a trip outside of the Continental United States Perfect for that beach vacation or other fun international trip. For a single location, this package includes:
Example – You would like to use miles for your air and utilize a AirBNB for your trip. We will provide you the above information so that you can book your residence (for an AirBNB we will provide location recommendations and examples, but we cannot endorse a particular unit) and airfare. If you would like us to take care of a cash item such as a transfer or activity we are happy to arrange those directly. International Wanderer Package $250 fee Hotel and Airfare for a trip outside of the Continental United States with multiple destinations For the traveler with more extensive travel plans. This package will provide:
Example – You would like to use miles and hotel points to pay for your air and some of your hotels, and pay cash for train travel, additional hotels and excursions. We will book train, excursions and additional hotels for you, and provide you the above information so that you can book your hotel and airfare.
